Important Information
All of our activities are
designed for all levels of fitness, with an emphasis on personal choice. There
are many ways, ranging from verbal support to in-depth physical challenge to
participate in our activities. The information below is designed to prepare you
for the best experience possible.

What
to Wear |
Clothing: |
Loose casual clothing
that you feel comfortable playing in.
Gym Clothes or Athletic
Wear
It is important to dress
for the weather:
Cool: Layers for
warmth - wool or fleece (avoid cotton)
Rain: Change of
clothes suggested and/or rain gear (we have some basic rain ponchos available)
Warm: Shorts and
T-shirts or light pants to protect from abrasions

Shoes: |
Low heeled, closed toe, sturdy, comfortable and durable.
Sneakers or hiking boots
No Sandals, Soccer flops, Birkenstocks,
etc.
Anyone wearing inappropriate footwear
will NOT be permitted to participate!!! |

Socks: |
Necessary. Wear a weight that is comfortable for the weather. |

|
Glasses or Sunglasses: |
A retaining strap such as chums® or croakies® is recommended
|

What not to bring |
We will be asking that you remove the following before
participating in our activities. So, you may want to think about NOT bringing
these items with you:
Jewelry
Watches
Anything in pockets (billfolds, etc.)
Beepers
Cell Phones
(No signals for
cell phones are available at the Training Center)
Walkman/Headphones
Knives, etc.
